This compact single punch tablet press is designed to press various types of granules into round tablets. The machine is suitable for both laboratory use, sample preparation and for small-scale production of, for example, medicine tablets, calcium tablets, sugar cubes or specially shaped tablets.

The machine has a stable and cast construction, is easy to use and requires only one set of punches. Both filling depth and tablet thickness are adjustable, which provides high flexibility in the production of different tablet types.

It can be powered electrically but also operated manually, making it versatile in both lab environments and smaller production lines.

Usage & safety
The tablet press works in three stages: filling → compression → tablet ejection.

• The raw material is filled into the container and automatically fed into the punch.

• The machine's pressure presses the powder into a solid tablet.

• The finished tablet is discharged continuously.

• The dosage must be set carefully so that each tablet has the correct weight, hardness and thickness.

• Use only dry powders with good flow ability to avoid blockages or machine damage.

• Regularly check the tablets during operation – uneven thickness or sharp edges may indicate incorrectly adjusted punches.

• Never touch the machine during operation, risk of damage.

• Clean and lubricate the machine after each batch to maintain performance and longevity.
