LuciPac™ A3 Surface is an advanced test kit for the rapid and quantitative detection of food and microorganism-related residues on product contact surfaces. By measuring levels of ATP, ADP and AMP, the test provides a direct indication of cleaning effectiveness – ideal for quality control in food production, hygiene monitoring and industrial processes.

A3 technology: Unlike traditional ATP tests that only detect ATP, LuciPac™ A3 Surface also measures ADP and AMP. This provides a more comprehensive and sensitive analysis of organic contamination, as ADP and AMP can be formed from ATP during food processing and heat treatment.
